Located on the outskirts of the city centre of Dundee, Hastie Retreat Recording Studio was founded in 2001 by Bill and Alison Hastie.
The studio is in the extended part of their house comprising of Control Room / Drums - Keyboard Room / Vocals - Guitar Amplifier Room.
Hastie Retreat is the only studio in Tayside that records using 24 track 2inch analogue tape with a vast array of outboard equipment to give that true analogue sound.
Hastie Retreat Recording Studio is Dundee's premier home based studio, it is very easy to find and has free parking.
They offer complimentary drinks and snacks (sorry no beer) there are no flights of stairs to climb and no noisy bands in the next room, the entire studio is yours and yours alone.
